         Przedmiotem niniejszej Umowy jest świadczenie usługi Kolejowej Komunikacji Zastępczej (KKZ) zwane w dalszej części Umowy „Zadaniem” w relacjach: Kraków Główny – Kozłów oraz Kozłów – Kraków Główny za pociągi odwołane z powodu prowadzenia przez PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. planowych prac torowych od dnia 14.8.2018 r. do dnia 1.9.2018 r.

         Zadanie będzie wykonywane pojazdami o pojemności minimum 49 miejsc siedzących, posiadającymi aktualne ubezpieczenie OC oraz NNW dla kierowcy i pasażera, a także sprawną klimatyzację, o roku produkcji nie starszym niż 2008 r., oznaczonych jako „Autobus”.
