         Poz. nr 3 – system implantu magnetycznego na przewodnictwo kostne – 5 szt.

         Poz. nr 4 – procesor mowy implantu Baha 5 - 3 szt.

         Poz. nr 5 – procesor mowy implantu Ponto 3 (45 dB HL) – 4 szt.

         o parametrach określonych w załączniku nr 2 do SIWZ wraz z osprzętem chirurgicznym wymaganym do przeprowadzenia implantacji.

         Dostarczenie specjalistycznych narzędzi chirurgicznych wymaganych do przeprowadzenia implantacji, ogranicza się do dostarczenia do użytkowania na czas niezbędny do wykonania zabiegu wszczepienia urządzenia, nie jest przekazywany Zamawiającemu na własność.
