         Wykonawca w formie specjalistycznej uzbrojonej formacji ochronnej (SUFO) zobowiązuje się, począwszy od dnia 5.5.2018 r. od godziny 07:00 do 5.5.2019 r. do godziny 07.00, realizować na rzecz Użytkownika bezpośrednią ochronę fizyczną obiektu Domu Emeryta Wojskowego.

         W Warszawie przy ul. Pirenejskiej 5 realizowaną w systemie dwóch, całodobowych (24 godzinnego) portierów tj.: 24 godzinny system ochrony od 07:00 do 07:00. Usługa wykonywana jest ilością dwóch pracowników na zmianie wyposażonych w środki przymusu bezpośredniego.

         Wykonawca zapewni patrol interwencyjny całodobowy na wezwanie – we wszystkie dni kalendarzowe w roku. Patrol co najmniej dwuosobowy uzbrojony w broń palną bojową, ze środkami przymusu bezpośredniego tj. kajdanki, pałka służbowa i ręczny miotacz substancji obezwładniających, oraz telefon komórkowy. Pracownicy patrolu muszą posiadać legitymację kwalifikowanego pracownika ochrony oraz legitymacje osoby uprawnionej do posiadania broni.
