        Zgodnie z załącznikiem xls.

        Wraz z pierwszą dostawą Wykonawca zobowiązany jest dostarczyć karty charakterystyki odczynników szkodliwych, a także informację o wymaganym postępowaniu z opróżnionymi opakowaniami, zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami - Ustawą o opakowaniach i odpadach opakowaniowych z dn. 11.5.2001 r. (Dz. U. z 2001 r. Nr 63, poz. 638, z późn. zm.) i Ustawą o substancjach chemicznych i ich mieszaninach z dnia 25.2.2011 r. (Dz. U. z 2015 r. poz. 1203 - tekst jednolity) /jeżeli dotyczy/. Zgodnie z powyższymi przepisami Wykonawca zobowiązany jest również do odbioru nieużytego produktu oraz opakowań zwrotnych (pojemników osłonnych) po dostarczonych substancjach radioaktywnych na własny koszt.
