        Standardy jakościowe przedmiotu zamówienia:

        Wymagania jakościowe produktów leczniczych są określone w ustawie z dnia 6.9.2001 r. - Prawo farmaceutyczne (t.j. Dz. U. z 2016 r. poz. 2142 z późn. zm.) która w art. 1 ust. 1 pkt 1 stanowi, że określa ona m.in. zasady i tryb dopuszczania do obrotu produktów leczniczych, z uwzględnieniem w szczególności wymagań dotyczących jakości, skuteczności i bezpieczeństwa ich stosowania". Ponadto, rozporządzenie Ministra Zdrowia z dnia 9.11.2015 r. w sprawie wymagań Dobrej Praktyki Wytwarzania (Dz. U. 2015 poz. 1979) określa szczegółowo wymagania w zakresie zapewnienia odpowiedniej jakości produktu leczniczego. W przedmiotowym postępowaniu standard jakościowy produktów leczniczych został zdefiniowany przez Zamawiającego poprzez podanie w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia który zawiera m.in.: skład, postać i drogę podania oraz jednostkę miary.
