         1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa produktów farmaceutycznych wyszczególnionych ilościowo i asortymentowo oraz opisanych w załączniku nr 2a do SIWZ.

         2. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia należy odczytywać wraz z ewentualnymi zmianami treści specyfikacji, będącymi np. wynikiem udzielonych odpowiedzi na zapytania wykonawców. Podane ilości są szacunkowym zapotrzebowaniem na okres 24 miesięcy i służą do obliczania ceny oferty (tj. ustalenia maksymalnego wynagrodzenia wykonawcy). Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo rezygnacji z zakupu części asortymentu wynikającej z braku zapotrzebowania.

         Dostawa przedmiotu zamówienia będzie odbywać się na koszt i ryzyko Wykonawcy.
