         I. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa pn. Dostawa energii elektrycznej do obiektów służbowych Policji województwa dolnośląskiego; oznaczenie sprawy PU-2380-438-016-265/2017/AB.

         II. Obowiązujące parametry jakościowe energii elektrycznej dostarczanej odbiorcom w poszczególnych grupach przyłączeniowych (taryfach) określone są w Rozporządzeniu Ministra Gospodarki i Pracy z dnia 20.12.2004 r. w sprawie szczegółowych warunków przyłączenia podmiotów do sieci elektroenergetycznych, ruchu i eksploatacji tych sieci (Dz.U. z 2005 r. Nr 2, poz. 6).

         III. Nazewnictwo oraz parametry zjawisk określających jakość energii elektrycznej definiuje Polska Norma PN-EN 50160:1998 pn. Parametry napięcia zasilającego w publicznych sieciach rozdzielczych stanowiąca implementację Normy Europejskiej EN 50160:1994.
