         Przeprowadzenia przeglądów okresowych, nielimitowanej liczby diagnostyk i napraw wraz z dostawą części wymaganych do napraw sprzętu (w tym lamp RTG, detektorów i komponentów specjalnych) dla sprzętów wraz z wyposażeniem.

         Wymagane oświadczenie o posiadanej aktualnej autoryzacji producenta (Varian) do serwisowania sprzętu. Szczegółowy zakres świadczonych usług opisano w załączniku nr 3a do SIWZ.

Szczegółowy zakres świadczonych usług opisano w załączniku nr 3b do SIWZ.

          Zamawiający przewiduje kwotę 700 000 PLN, netto na zakup części dla sprzętu, którego zakres przedmiotu zamówienia nie wymaga ich dostawy, w przypadku naprawy.
