         Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie przez Wykonawcę na rzecz Zamawiającego usługi kompleksowej dostawy paliwa gazowego w postaci gazu ziemnego wysokometanowego (grupy E), polegającej na sprzedaży.

         Paliwa gazowego i zapewnieniu świadczenia usługi jego dystrybucji, do instalacji znajdujących się w obiektach.

         Zamawiającego, zwanych dalej “Miejscami odbioru”, których wykaz znajduje się w załączniku nr 1 do SIWZ.
