    Wykaz jednostek, do których należy dostarczać olej w ramach poszczególnych zadań wraz z szacunkową ilością oleju podano w załączniku nr 6 – charakterystyka przedmiotu zamówienia.
    
    Dostawa oleju opałowego odbywać się będzie według zamówień cząstkowych składanych przez Zamawiającego w dni robocze w godzinach od 7:30 do 15:30, w ciągu trzech dni od dnia złożenia zamówienia. Zamówienia składane będą telefonicznie lub faksem.
    
    Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo do zmniejszenia przedmiotu zamówienia maksymalnie o 30 %. Z tego tytułu Wykonawcy nie przysługują roszczenia finansowe wobec Zamawiającego.

        Odwołanie wnosi się w terminie 10 dni od dnia przesłania informacji o czynności zamawiającego stanowiącej podstawę jego wniesienia –jeżeli zostały przesłane w sposób określony w art. 180 ust. 5 zdanie drugie albo w terminie 15 dni –jeżeli zostały przesłane w inny sposób.
        
        Odwołanie wobec treści ogłoszenia o zamówieniu, a jeżeli postępowanie jest prowadzone w trybie przetargu nieograniczonego, także wobec postanowień Specyfikacji Istotnych Warunków Zamówienia, wnosi się w terminie: 10 dni od dnia zamieszczenia ogłoszenia w Dzienniku Urzędowym Unii Europejskiej lub Specyfikacji Istotnych Warunków Zamówienia na stronie internetowej. W przypadku wniesienia odwołania po upływie terminu składania ofert bieg terminu związania oferta ulega zawieszeniu do czasu ogłoszenia przez Izbę orzeczenia.
