Termin ważności oferowanego przedmiotu zamówienia nie może być krótszy niż 10 miesięcy od daty dostawy. Szczegółowy opis, zakres i wielkość przedmiotu zamówienia został zawarty w formularzu przedmiotu zamówienia-zał nr 2 do SIWZ.. Wykonawca musi zaoferować 60 dniowy termin płatności faktury VAT oraz okres niezmienności cen przez okres obowiązywania umowy. Zamawiający dopuszcza możliwość składania ofert równoważnych tj. równoważnych farmaceutyczne i terapeutycznie.- zgodnie z zapisami SIWZ.
