        3.1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa części zamiennych i części szybkozużywających się, w podziale na 5 części. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia w podziale na poszczególne części określa załącznik nr 1 do SIWZ – opis przedmiotu zamówienia. Wszystkie dostarczane części muszą być fabrycznie nowe, z bieżącej produkcji.

        3.2. Zamawiający dopuszcza składania ofert częściowych wg następujących części:

        3.2.2. Część 2 – Części zamienne do rusztu kotła

        3.2.3. Część 3 – Części zamienne do systemu odżużlania

        3.2.4. Część 4 – Części zamienne – siłowniki hydrauliczne

        3.3. W przypadku w którym zamawiający opisał przedmiot zamówienia poprzez wskazanie znaków towarowych, patentu, pochodzenia, numeru katalogowego, dopuszczalne jest zaoferowanie produktów równoważnych.

        Za równoważne zamawiający uzna produkty, posiadające parametry wydajności i wytrzymałości nie gorsze niż wskazane produkty, dla których instalacja/urządzeni.
