Przez efektywne pozyskanie studenta,

        należy rozumieć wyłonienie kandydata na studia, który zostanie zakwalifikowany przez Wydziałową Komisję Rekrutacyjną, wpłaci w terminie pełną kwotę czesnego w wymaganej wysokości za I rok studiów na 6 letni program nauczania na kierunku lekarskim prowadzony w języku angielskim na Uniwersytecie Medycznym w Białymstoku według sześcioletniego programu obowiązującego w Unii Europejskiej.
