         3.1. Zamawiający dopuszcza składania ofert częściowych w podziale na 2 części:

         3.1.1. Część 1 – sukcesywne dostawy oleju opałowego w ilości maksymalnej: 1 800 000 litrów.

         3.1.2. Część 2 – sukcesywne dostawy oleju napędowego w ilości maksymalnej: 250 000 litrów.

         3.2. Zamawiający wymaga, aby dostarczany olej opałowy oraz olej napędowy spełniał wymagania określone w Rozporządzenie Ministra Gospodarki z dnia 9.10.2015 r. w sprawie wymagań jakościowych dla paliw ciekłych (Dz.U. 2015 poz. 1680)oraz Polskiej Normie PN-EN 590:2013-12/AC:2014-04E.

         3.3. Zamówienie z prawem opcji: Zamawiający wskazuje, iż określone w SIWZ ilości w poszczególnych częściach są ilościami maksymalnymi objętymi zamówieniem. Rzeczywista ilość i rodzaj zamawianych paliw wynikać będzie z bieżących potrzeb Zamawiającego, z zastrzeżeniem, że nie będzie ona mniejsza niż 70 % ilości określonych w SIWZ – dot. części 1, oraz 50 % ilości określonych w SIWZ – dot. części 2.
