         1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usługi dystrybucji energii elektrycznej do obiektów Biblioteki Narodowej w Warszawie.

         Świadczenie usługi dystrybucji odbywać się będzie na warunkach określonych w powszechnie obowiązujących przepisach prawa polskiego, zgodnie z zasadami określonymi w koncesjach Wykonawcy oraz zgodnie z wynegocjowanymi postanowieniami umowy.

         Świadczenie usługi dystrybucyjnej odbywać się będzie z uwzględnieniem obowiązujących zasad funkcjonowania sieci OSD oraz w instrukcjach ruchu i eksploatacji sieci dystrybucyjnej (IRiESD).

         Świadczenie usługi dystrybucji będzie się odbywało w następujących obiektach Biblioteki Narodowej:

         a) przy al. Niepodległości 213, 02-086 Warszawa,

         b) przy pl. Krasińskich 3/5, 00-207 Warszawa, Pałac Krasińskich (Pałac Rzeczypospolitej)
