         1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa 1 autobusu jednoczłonowego niskowejściowego elektrycznego, fabrycznie nowego, przeznaczonego do wykonywania przewozów w publicznej komunikacji miejskiej.

         2. Minimalne wymagania:

         1) Wymiary autobusu: dł: 8,5 m – 9,0 m, szer: max. 2,40 m (bez lusterek zewnętrznych), wys: max. 3,5 m

         2) Minimalna liczba miejsc do przewozu pasażerów: siedzących min.19 w tym min. 2 z niskiej podłogi, ogółem min. 49.

         3) Silnik elektryczny: z funkcją ograniczenia prędkości maks. do 70 km/h, silnik o mocy min. 160 kW, zużycie energii elektrycznej przez autobus na w kWh/100 km przebiegu bez załączonych urządzeń dodatkowych w tym ogrzewania i klimatyzacji i systemu informacji pasażerskiej i innych urządzeń pomocniczych wynosi max. 100 kWh/100km.

         4) Magazyn energii:

         a) w akumulatory litowo-żelazowo-fosforowe lub w akumulatory litowo-jonowe, lub w litowo-tytanowe (lub) i,

         b) superkondensatory,
