         W 2019 roku – w ilości:

         — zestaw oświetleniowy ZO-2 - 15 kpl,

         — zestaw oświetleniowy ZO-8 - 15 kpl.

         WW. ilości stanowią ilości gwarantowane w roku 2018 oraz w roku 2019.

         Zamówienie przewiduje Prawo opcji. Prawo opcji w niniejszym postępowaniu polega na możliwości zakupu w latach 2018-2019 oprócz ilości gwarantowanych (podanych w sekcji II pkt. 2.4) dodatkowych ilości przedmiotu zamówienia, tj. do 15 kpl. zestawów oświetleniowych ZO -2 oraz do 15 kpl. zestawów oświetleniowych ZO - 8.

         Zamawiający zastrzega, iż część zamówienia określona jako „prawo opcji” jest uprawnieniem, a niezobowiązaniem Zamawiającego. Zamawiający może nie skorzystać z prawa opcji, wykorzystać jedynie jego część, w szczególności w przypadku nieuzyskania środków finansowych na ten cel, a Wykonawcy nie będą przysługiwały z tego tytułu żadne roszczenia.
