         1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usługi przewozu osób zastępczą komunikacją realizowaną autobusami w zastępstwie realizowanych przez Zamawiającego kolejowych przewozów pasażerskich w relacjach: Tarnów – Stróże – Tarnów w terminie 3.9.- 14.9.2018 r. w (D) oraz 17.9. – 28.9.2018 r., Tarnów – Krynica-Zdrój – Tarnów w terminie 3.9.- 14.9.2018 r. w (D), Tarnów – Tuchów – Tarnów w terminie 29.9. – 15.10.2018 r. oraz Muszyna – Krynica-Zdrój w terminie 8.9 – 9.9.2018 r. za pociągi odwołane z powodu prowadzenia przez PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. planowych prac torowych.

         2. Do realizacji usługi przewozowej niezbędne jest dysponowanie autobusami, o pojemności minimum 49 miejsc siedzących, dopuszczonych do ruchu drogowego zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami prawa, posiadającymi aktualne ubezpieczenie OC oraz NNW dla kierowcy i pasażera, a także sprawną klimatyzację i sprawne ogrzewanie. Usługa będzie realizowana wg dostarczonego przez Zamawiającego rozkładu jazdy stanowiącego załącznik nr 2 do umowy (której wzór zawiera Załącznik nr 9 do SIWZ) przy pomocy pojazdów w ilości (pojemności) dostosowanej do szacowanej frekwencji zawartej w rozkładzie jazdy.
