        Wykonawca składa oświadczenie, że nie podlega wykluczeniu na podstawie art. 24 ust. 1 i 5 w dokumencie JEDZ elektronicznie. Informacja dotycząca przepisów RODO zamieszczona jest w SIWZ załącznik nr 7.
